The wedding cake was a complete embarrassment. We had a beautiful wedding at Brierwood Country Club, the cake was not worthy of a Firemans Club. Not only was it lopsided, completely disproportionate but it tasted terrible... dry, had sweet frosting instead of buttercream with red velvet as ordered. The ribbing was falling off the back of it. My own father said if hed bought it in Wal-Mart he's have thrown it in the trash rather than eating it. I'm not sure if we were completely disregarded because we live in SC but it was still wrong on every level... this was my daughters day... Shame on you. Id sue you in small claims court if we lived in N.Y..
