I could not be happier with my experience at this salon! First, I was able to get a same day appointment within the hour. I initially went in for a wash and a cut. The stylist recommended a great conditioner treatment which left my hair feeling amazing. She also helped me decide on a length that would suit me and was very patient with my indecisiveness! What truly amazed me was that after the hair cut, she not only dried, but styled and straightened my hair! She even went through after to dry cut and make sure everything was perfect. I still can't believe this place includes a wash, cut, and style for the low price of $20 if you're a student. I left feeling super confident with the best haircut I have ever gotten!
Been to maple road location 3 times. Each time the stylists messed up and I had to go to the main street location to have it fixed. I received a bad haircut where the layers were so choppy I had to keep cutting my hair until it grew out. I recently the salon with the worst color of my life. The roots were green and the ends black. I also had highlights that were so bright they looked like a Halloween costume. Do not go there unless you want to ruin your hair and spend more time fixing it.
