Nice service, knowledgeable about bikes, very nice selection for all ages. They have bikes for any type of riding.
Let's just say there's a reason I drove all the way to Michigan to a completely different Cannondale dealer to purchase my bike. There are other bike dealers in the WNY area who offer much better customer service. However, if you are looking for a Cannondale as I was, you'll need to go outside of the WNY area to make your purchase.
These guys won't fix what you want fixed and when you say something they'll charge you for their mistakes double. Super unhelpful and didn't listen. Mechanics are rude. Get your bikes fixed else where!
Was passing through from Montreal to Detroit and I needed my rear tire looked at. It was fixed that morning and I was on my way! Thanks so much for the help.
I cannot recommend Bert's in any way and that is unfortunate.
I recently went into this location to get my brakes bled. I was told it could be 3+ days for the bike to be looked at. 3+ days, in my opinion, is a bit long for a twenty minute job so I asked if it was possible to make an appointment and bring my bike into them on the day they had an opening to work on it. I ride my bike daily and didn't want to be without it for that long. I was told that, "it doesn't work like that," and was met with a blank stare from the gentleman behind the counter.
I went in on a Thursday to purchase a road bike and the first employee to help us was very knowledgeable and very polite. We were then handed over to I believe the manage who's name I think is Jason who was far from helpful. Far from polite. The bike was delivered, built and ready and I was never called to come pick up my bike that I paid quite a bit of money and was very anxious to get. Thursday I call and was informed it was ready for me yesterday. When I picked up the bike the bike was built but not ready. Parts were still loose and when I asked them to check the bike out again the Jason guy gave me attitude saying the bike was already built and ready despite the fact my handle bars were beyond crooked. Over all I wouldn't go back to them just based off the one managers attitude.
