Great selection of items new and used with staff readily available to assist if needed.
Some big guy stood the counter for the whole time while i repeatedly asked for help, was not very helpful or respectful as he also made some racist comments under his breath. When i asked for help he grabbed a kid away from another customer to come who was more than willing to help me and when i went to pay the prices did not match the tags and the big guy kept insisting that i was wrong about the prices.
I recently went to the Army Navy Outlet to get some old military bags to make into bicycle panniers. I told the staff member what I wanted to do and she took me to the area of the store with the old bags. The store is very big, with lots of options between new and old items. The staff is friendly, helpful and well informed. If you are looking for something specific, they probably have it. Also, a fun place to just look at stuff.
