Ken (the man who scheduled the appointment) was incredibly accommodating and Bob (the technician who came to fix the problem) was a true professional: prompt, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable. For 40 years we've had MANY contractors in our former home and now in our new build. The four men who spent the entire day at our house installing a standby system were professional, very knowledgeable, clean and friendly. My husband was there all day. Not once did he question their ability, he was impressed. We had 4 estimates. Jameson wasn't the least nor the most expensive. We are VERY pleased we chose Jameson! Bob came out this summer for my a/c and today for my furnace maintenance. Very knowledgeable, thorough, polite, and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Also, really appreciate having the same tech out for the maintenance. Highly recommend.
Would like to highly recommend Hayden who also was out today checking all my electrical systems. Just as Bob, he was also knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. Builders contractor previously did my maintenance, and they never checked the electrical, just heat and a/c. Very impressed with service contract and especially Bob and Hayden!
We called Jameson as a second estimate. While they came over 200 more than the first one, we went with them. My husband said Bob, who was there for the estimate, came prepared, professional and helpful. After we decided to go with them, I called for the appointment and they got us in the next week. We went from a 1950s boiler and water tank to an energy-efficient wall mounted dual system. They said it would take a day for 2 guys to come out and do the work. We had Ken and Jason. They were on time and started work right away. They were quiet, friendly and clean. After a full day of taking out the old system and putting up the new one, Ken said he would be unable to finish and wanted to come back in 2 days. He was on time the 2nd day and started right away. It took him about 3 hours longer than he originally thought but after looking at all the work they did, we have no complaints! They replaced A LOT of piping, had to drill into concrete (we have a concrete house), cleaned up the area, took both old systems, came out a 2nd day and they didn't charge us a penny over what they quoted. I am extremely satisfied with our choice in Jameson and highly recommend them to anyone.
