Terrible experience. Walked 2 miles to get to flower shop which both google and phone system said shop was open until 1pm. Got to shop at 12:35pm and it was closed. Shop door said open til 1pm but locked and no one there no lights on or anything. No sign even to explain? What a waste of time and energy and could have done something else if I knew. Now no flowers for my daughters graduation! Great job Blooms.
So Tuesday rolls around and I’m waiting and waiting for a call/text from my sister but nothing. Not wanting to ruin the surprise I decide to call the florist at 3pm to check. Bloom Florist assures me that my sister received her flowers. Now I’m thinking what the heck sis! I give her a call and she said nobody contacted her about a delivery and she couldn’t find the flowers! The $70 order that I placed never made it to my sister on her Birthday. I was more sad than anything.
Placed my order online and made a special note of how to get in touch with my sister since she works in building with multiple companies. After receiving the email confirmation I was buzzing with excitement, anticipating the surprise on my sisters’ face.
Relieved I didn’t book them for the wedding.
Ordered flowers through Teleflora and they were sent from this shop. The recipient loved them. Flowers were very fresh. Delivered quickly on short notice. A+
Very unprofessional won't return phone calls and lack of experienced staff will hinder your event! Think of the many other actual florists such as Flowers by Johnny or Maureen's before ever considering contacting bloom.
Apologies for the long story but I feel it’s one to be shared.
Company does the bare minimum. Only concern is taking your money not on your experience.
The next day I call the florist to find out what happened. I let him know that we never received the order. He suggested I tell my sister to “look around the office” on tables and such to find them. This confused me since the day prior he told he that they were delivered to her. Orlando (The Owner) proceeded to say that he could refund me or send another delivery but that wouldn’t be “fair” to him. I was shocked and appalled by Orlando’s insolence and selfishness.
Orlando and his team went above and beyond for the flowers, center pieces, and the church for my wedding! Everything was absolutely perfect! I didn't have to worry about all the details because I knew I was in good hands with Bloom! I would recommend them to anyone! Absolutely stunning and beautiful flower arrangements!
I am recently engaged and I have been doing research of local florists. So when my sisters birthday came around I saw it as the perfect opportunity to try Bloom out (usual place doesn’t have the capacity for weddings)
