Best experience with a governmental office. They stop you before you even sit down to make sure you have what you need and direct you to the wall of applications if you still need to fill one out.

Also to inform all those renewing, granted none of the paperwork makes such a statement, you must present an actual photograph (not a printed photo) and it can’t have a blue background. Hope that this post saves you the time and aggravation that I went through.
Trying to get my daughter a passport and not getting a call from the agency. Has been almost a week and still no call. Our travel is in 60 days.
The gentleman that helped me, Paul, was nice, efficient and helped me within mere moments. I waited a bit for the interview portion, so I'd recommend a book as cell phone use is discouraged. While I was waiting I saw Paul take care of a family in panic over a lost passport that was needed by tomorrow, they seemed to be calmed by his demeanor and confident that it will work out.
When entering and standing in line I was directed by a teller to take a seat and they will get to me; 10 minutes into doing so two new groups came in and walked in line only to be served first. Me and the guy next to me looked at each other scratching our heads. It appears this group does not have a good system in place to serve folks in an orderly manner. Make sure you are prepared to question their directions.
Once I had my interview with Aaron it was quick and friendly and I was told I could pick up my new passport tomorrow between 3-4!
They truly saved our vacation. After the post office lost our passports, we were able to get an appointment the day before our flight to get same-day passports. Everyone working there knows what they're doing and moves you along quickly. They're all very friendly and got us our passports in just a couple hours. All hope is not lost! Thanks, guys.
