Great service. Eran is prompt, professional, nice and extremely good at what he does. I have used his services three times now. I have locked myself out twice and lost my keys one time. He gets me in right away. He also made me 2 sets of my house and car keys on the spot in his car in 10 minutes. His prices are extremely reasonable. He accepts paying with credit card which is a great plus.
My dog and I got locked out of my house at 4:15 AM this morning with nothing but my pajamas (it was 40 degrees out). I googled locksmith and thankfully I saw this place was open 24/7! I must have called 20 times. No answer, couldn't leave a voicemail because the inbox was full and eventually I'm pretty sure someone kept sending me straight to voicemail. I was crying, freezing and severely disappointed. I had to break into my garage, take a ladder, walk in the soaking cold grass with no shoes and try windows until I found one unlocked. I was out there for about 30-40 minutes and I was late to work. Don't call yourselves 24/7 if you won't be around.
Two days later I notice that one of the doors that he rekeyed, but did not change is not working correctly. Eran makes a special trip, repairs the mechanism which was not his problem and won't charge me.
Blown away by this man's expertise. Came and cut & programmed 2 new transponder keys for me on the spot in about 20 minutes after my only key snapped in half. Highly recommended!!!
Excellent service. Easy set up call they pick up right away. Very flexible with time I needed. Had Tom come out install 2 deadbolt locks in 2 different homes. Tom was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and nice to talk to . Highly recommend.
So, I have this tenant who moved out, she was a druggie and I want to make sure that the locks are changed. I call Eran, he says he can come on Saturday, which is very convenient for me. He shows up on time, and I show him my mess of doors and locks. He rekeys the whole building, replaces the broken locks and replaces the keyed locks on the bathroom (!!!???) with correct passage lock. Now tenants have a simple secure system to get into their apartments without 4 keys.
