This place went down over the years. I've switched to other means of movie viewing now.
They should be more neighborly with their big parking lot. Don't think that just because they are closed that it's ok to park there. They will have you towed.

I wanted to love this location how I loved my old location back home in Chicago but there is something off about the employees. Why did my family have to pay a $3 late fee when we still had credit on our account? You can see the credit but we still have to pay? When I let the customer go behind me trying not to hold anybody up with why i have to pay and there is money on my account, I overheard they was in the hole -$30ish and still was able to rent but we was dropping off and couldn't get our movie late charge place on our account or deducted from money credits we have on our account.This is not the first time there was a misunderstanding, the first day opening account, we asked do this location rent out the game systems? The employee said yes. we pick out the video game and put down the money for the console completely ring out to find out this location doesn't rental the game system. The whole car ride home we question our self asking each other did we do something wrong? But wait there is more! I asked can I close my account and get a refund of the credits on my account that we paid cash with. The employee asked we WHY do i want to do that? I now see why Red box close down a lot of video stores. I just wanted my daughter to get the same excitement of picking a movie for movie night like my parent did me! i will stick to Disney movie club, Red box and on demand.
