Never have I been so disappointed with a regal location. I've gone to the one in orchard park and never had any issues. This past tuesday I was told my card was not working when purchasing tickets. So, we used my fiance's card for the purchase. Come to find out, I was charged and regal is unwilling to acknowledge we paid twice for the same tickets. Granted, it wasn't very much money. Just in complete disbelief regal would treat customers like this. Not going back to this location.
Solid movie theatre. Comfortable reclining seats, lots of leg room, good variety at the concession stand, but everything is overpriced which is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars. They are in line with most movie theaters price wise, but basically all are generally overpriced.

The new recliners are great but the cashier at the window was snippy and a smart mouth.Convenient location. near 4 bucks for coffee is outrageous but overall a nice place.
Never been in such a cool cinema before. The entrance is maybe a bit old but that gives the whole place a very nice atmosphere. The seats were amazing. Adjustable footrest and everything.
