We booked a flight from Buffalo through Orbitz and were given The Parking Spot as an option for parking. It was $43 for 3 days, so we decided to take it. This place exceeded our expectations!
Today, when we got back, we walked out to the same spot right outside the airport (conveniently located outside of baggage claim), and literally as we were walking to the spot, we saw the shuttle coming to get us. We never had to wait for the shuttle. We again got on and did not wait for anyone else. They took us directly back to our car, and brought our bags to our trunk. I think the man would've even loaded our bags if we had allowed it.
When we arrived, we could see the place looked well taken care of and safe to leave our car, so we felt a lot better. As soon as we gave our voucher and entered, there were two guys who told us where to park. As soon as we parked, they arrived with their shuttle at our car, took our bags and sat us on the air conditioned bus. We only waited about 5 more minutes and picked up two other people and headed to the airport which was only 5 minutes away. They dropped us directly at departures and told us they would pick us up there upon return.
Service was superb and to top it off, when we were exiting the lot, the woman at the window asked if we would like some bottled water - cold and refreshing in July! Such a nice touch.
Just a note, we didn't notice this when we booked, but it does say that "a day that you pay for is equal to 24 hours after you come into the lot", it does not go until midnight on the calendar day if that makes sense. They say anything after 3 hours late counts as another full day. HOWEVER, even though we were six hours passed the time, they did not charge us. So it is good to know, but I am not sure they necessarily stand by that rule.
Will definitely use this service again when fly out of Buffalo again!
