I like the little details.. Such as the newspaper and water bottles. Drivers are consistently nice and happy to help. Even at 5am! I've used TPS a few times, but this past visit was a first for my parents. They were impressed! My dad forgot his book and was happy to have the newspaper's crossword puzzle to enjoy on the flight and on vacation!

The check out people are so nice & they offer you a bottle of water at check out. Cheaper than airport parking too and you can always find a coupon to use for your stay.
Cant say enough good things about the team in Buffalo. We came back from a trip and I realized I left my key at the hotel. They allowed my family and I to stay in their staff room until I had my brother deliver a spare key. They offered us drinks and snacks, and made sure we were as comfortable as could be for the two hours that we had to wait. It was 10pm, and if it weren't for their kindness, who knows where we would have gone. Thank you to your team!! I will always recommend them
I park here all the time. They are so friendly and helpful. Not like the airport where you have to go to a shuttle stop and get picked up, they follow you to your car pick you up and help with your luggage.
So easy to find, to park, and no wait for mini bus to the airport. Employees very helpful and informative. Great experience.
