They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were the lowest estimate, by far, and did an exemplary job. I would and have recommended them to friends and family over and over again!
Was impressed with work performed on my first home. I had Blackrock reroof the other house I own as well. They were nothing less then professional in every aspect of work they did. I would highly recommend them.
I am having a major problem with this company, they had did a complete tear off last spring well come to find out they did not do the corner of the cabin right which lead up to the roof to bubble. Also we had some damage done by a storm we had this summer and call them to give us an estimate for the insurance and the cost of repair included the corner of the cabin, the insurance adjuster wanted to meet with Dave for an explanation of where the cost was coming from, Dave stood him up. Now with winter just about upon us and the roof leaking where the roof bubbled up. (note this is on work that was done last spring) I have call them a couple of times and was told that the message would be pass on to Dave, called again and was told that Dave was sick. I waited another week and still have not heard back from Dave, now Dave lives in Springville and he is the closest to us, what Black rock don't have another person to come out and get this work done. Dave knows what needs to be done so get a crew to talk with him and get a crew out here how hard is that, we paid them good money to do the work we expect good work for good money. What a mess this turned out to be, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please Black Rock get this work done.
I was very impressed with the work they did and how well they cleaned up afterwards. Very professional! Wonderful locally owned and operated company.
