LOVE the shoes! The owner has always been a little cold, but her staff rock! Buyer BEWARE! ALL SALES ARE FINAL~ With the exception of store credit. Just bought a pair of Toms for my wife for our trip to Italy. The shoes are the wrong size, and we cannot get the correct ones in time. Of course could use an x-tra fifty bucks while traveling, but NO MONEY BACK! Nonetheless I take responsibility in knowing this, having been through it before at her shop. Unfortunately the wife has put her foot down, and this will be out last purchase there EVER. So sad :( Fortunately god created the interweb~
