Incredible Spa with Incredible Staff. I have been to Kona Oasis multiple times and always leave more than happy with my experience. The staff members are professional and do a great job. The spa atmosphere is relaxing and calm, plus they sell a few wonderful lines of amazing, high-quality products. I love everything about Kona Oasis and recommend it to all my friends and family.
Amazing service and experience! Me being a procrastinator, I called on a Thursday to book a Saturday couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. Understandably, they did not have 2 massage therapists available at the same time on such short notice so the receptionist quickly came up with a plan and booked me for a facial and my husband for a massage at the same time. And I am SO glad we did this. Tracy was wonderful and my husband loved his massage with Heidi. Thank you!

The atmosphere is wildly relaxing and in a beautiful refurbished home. Welcome and inviting. There are no words to describe how endearing and friendly the staff is. Lisa and Gwen (the owners) are incredibly kind and take the time to know their customers. Susan at the front desk is knowledgeable and hospitable, welcoming you as if you were an old friend. And honestly I can't begin to tell you how amazing the massages I have received there have been. As a theatre dancer and performer I have gotten massages a lot of my life, there is NO ONE that has ever given me a massage as good as Jeremy. He is beyond attentive and in tune with what is going on in your body that needs working. Seriously, if you haven't visited this new spa, please do. You will be SO pleased you did. Its AWESOME.
