Horrible. Went in on a lunch break for a loan and sat there for 30 minutes. Had to leave. No one ever once came over. Terrible bank and location
Also, this location tends to get really busy at peak times during the day, but that is because this is a very busy area. Although it may be busy, the wait times are not necessarily long, as I've seen up to 4 tellers busy at their Windows assisting customers on a Friday. So they definitely know how to have adequate staff available to assist.
These guys fail to answer phone calls--I tried calling them all day long. I was promised on a Friday that a hold on my deposit would be lifted by Monday EOB. It's now Monday EOB and I wasn't able to reach anyone all day, and the hold isn't lifted. I'm now in a bind I could have avoided had I gone elsewhere for my banking needs when I moved to the area.
