They will scam you with hidden service fees, with both your savings and checking accounts. They refuse to reverse fees as well. You can find a much better bank who actually values your business and offers actual customer service.
They are horrible and when I called the fountain plaza location to talk to a representative I was transferred to a lady who was extremely rude completely unhelpful worst service ever and that lady disgraceful
Maybe the most beautiful bank in Buffalo - if you're going to be standing in line at a bank, this is place to do it. I pop in on lunch breaks, never have any issues.

Time to switch banks.. M & T takes advantage of every oppoprtunity they get to hit you with a $38.50 over draft fee. What good is online banking when your bank constantly changes debits and credits to their favor ? Good luck trying to manage your money here.. STAY AWAY. If too late, look into a class action lawsuit for the above mentioned BS...
