The staff for the most part is fantastic. Harland Williams November 3rd 2017 10pm show I had a douche waiter. Only came to my table twice. Drink prices seem standard to any other clubs I've been to. I've been to 7 clubs and Helium has the best food. The clubs I've been to usually have a standard bar menu. Helium has a little bit of an upscale menu for a comedy club.

The drinks are watered down and very expensive. The food is underrated and overpriced. But if you looking for a good laugh an intimate spot the comedy shows are decent and the prices for the tickets are feasible.
Sign up for the VIP text updates for free shows. If I get the text for a free show I'll usually go. I first used this when the club first opened and I had heard of Dov Davidoff but didn't know his brand of comedy. That show is easily in my top 10.
Helium is one of the top 3 club groups along with Funny Bone and Improv. I have yet to go to an Improv club. I'd rank Helium above Funny Bone. I hope they never leave Buffalo.
I have been to this club at least 70 times. Anyone complaining about the two item minimum can get bent. It's all over the club website and they tell you before entering the showroom. That's your fault for having the inability to read. Not to mention if you go to any comedy club in the country, it's always a two item minimum.
Paint and punchlines was amazing! Great food, drinks included, and the comedian line up was great! So much fun! Please do it again!
I was in for the Carly Acquilino show & would not return again due to the quality of service we received from our server. We were greeted by our server, had our drink order taken. We then did not receive our drinks for close to 40 minutes. When asked, she handled it unprofessionally. We were never checked on, or asked for a food order. Instead we were just slipped the bill with no customer service. Sucks this review has to be posted as the show was funny. I would not return specifically for the poor service. Two item minimum which is fine, but i would order more if we had a server who attended to her tables.
The best comics to see are usually not the special event shows. Dave Coulier, Marlon Wayons, and Steve-O were all below average with Steve-O being the worst comic I've ever seen. Robert Kelly, Jay Oakerson, Dan Soder, Dov Davidoff, Joe List, Nick DiPaolo, and Rich Vos put on some of the best shows. If you don't have anxiety and don't mind the comics using you in crowd work. Pay the extra to sit up front it's worth it.
