The only issue I have is what ever happened to 101 point inspection? Are they doing "QUALITY INSPECTIONS" to all vehicles?

Being a young lady with not a lot of car experience or time, i was extremely worried about buying my first car. Basil took that worry right off my hands. He treated me so kindly and was so helpful and informative. My experience buying my first car was fun, exciting and fulfilling. On top of it all, I love my new car. My new car loves me!
I must admit I wasn't impressed when I first walked in because they didn't appear to be expecting me even though I had an appointment. I met with the manager, Sandy, he was very patient and helpful. We were able to make a deal I was happy with and it was pretty painless. Once my husband arrived to pick me up, we ended up trading in his vehicle too because we realized it was not the best shape. Note: this was my idea (not the salesman) Sandy stayed late while everyone else closed up shop just to make it work for us. We were pleased with the care we received and will go back again. I hope one day they come up with a little better parking for customers. It is a small lot so be prepared to have to make up a spot if one does not exist.

My experience today was a little longer than I'd expected, but that was ok this time! I was informed of what additional work my car needs and what they thought was most pressing right now. Those I worked with were courteous and pleasant. Over all my experience was positive
My experience with Basil was amazing. As soon as we parked, we were greeted . We drove tested 2010 Town and Country van, we told our salesman that the front wheels have a slight vibration beetween 50-55 MPH. He said that he will get that fix before we purchase the van. We ended up returning the next day for the same discrepancy, during the inspection they discovered one rear tire has a bulging sidewall and the front wheels needed balancing. They balanced the front wheels and replaced the one rear tire with no charge.
