Been with Dr Hatton for 30 years, cant ask for a doctor who makes you more comfortable. By far the best at listening to you and diagnosing without overmedication. Qualified absolutely, bed side manner amazing and no anxiety during visits. Phones im sure get busy and im sure customer service could be better but I focus on the care.
One of the best doctors I've been to. She is absolutely wonderful. She makes you very comfortable and talks to you like a human not like a doctor talking to someone who is beneath them. Office is clean and only waited maybe 10 mins in the waiting room before seeing the doc. Just beware of the office staff. Very cranky and unwelcoming over the phone. But the doctor is well worth putting up with them.
Well, I didn't even make it to see the doctor. I recently moved to Buffalo so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hatton. After waiting 1 hour, (actually longer because I arrived early) I asked how much longer I would have to wait and I was told "it's going to be a while, there are still two people ahead of you." Meanwhile, they told me to fast because they take bloodwork, which is fine, but now it's almost 12pm, I'm starving, and they have no intention of seeing me anytime soon. The receptionist asked if I would like to reschedule, I told her no thank you just cancel everything all together. I will be finding a new primary doctor in the area.
Incredibly rude phone staff, she hang up the phone 5 times on my wife saying that she does not accept new patients although she was listed as accepting new patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both my wife and I are physicians, zero courtesy here or worse.
