They did a beautiful job repairing a wedding band that I had to have cut off due to a swelling broken finger. It looks like new, was reasonably priced, and was done in just a couple hours. I would highly recommend them.
I went there to get a watch engraved and they provided a wonderful service! They gave me sound advice on the style/placement of the engraving and the engraving turned out great (3 initials on the back plate of the watch)! The engraving only cost $20, not bad at all. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they said engraving would take two days, I called on the third day to ask about the progress and they called within 30 minutes later to tell me it was ready. Overall a great engraving experience.
This location did a great job with resizing of my engagement ring but according to there customer service reps, I got doubled charged over $60.00 because they wanted to make sure I "had money". That a great precautionary for those that don't have a lot. I have had issues for three days now since the 2nd charge has not left our account like they said it would.
The guy has a serious attitude problem. You can tell he isn't doing so good with how high and mighty he makes himself sound
