I am not the type of person to write reviews but she deserves a five star rating! I'm truly heart broken over my engagement ring that I have had for 10 years now but I'm so glad I had the such a wonderful person to help me and make things right. So if you see this Victoria, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will never go to any other person for any of my jewelry needs!
The store manager Victoria went above and beyond to help me! She was the kindest person to deal with!
They try and upsell you like crazy, deals are all mediocre and the same every week, staff are always siting around doing nothing and make it seem like you are bothering them, bought a ring for fiancé and they do nothing to keep the pricing on the down low, when you get the ring services or resized they shout out the sale price you paid to your fiancé, almost ruined my engagement by neglecting the pricing....don't recommend
