One mistake or one piece of information presented wrong or omitted by error could end up costing you far more than the cost of a Great Immigration Lawyer such as Richards & Kruger.
I had entered the USA on a TN visa 52 times in the past 15 years. Suddenly things have changed in both my situation and the US Border Customs processing of these visas. I had applied for a TN a few months ago and I thought that when you apply only one of two things could happen. One you get accepted or two you get rejected. But apparently there is a third possible outcome which is to be arrested. I was not arrested but I was threatened due to information that I did not consider relevant and they did. They sent me home and after that scare I really did not want to enter the USA again. But because of business I had to. So I consulted Richards & Kruger Immigration Law and they processed an application for an O1 Visa instead of a TN Visa. The O1 Visa is for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement and I was accepted in 15-Days and I have an O1 Visa for three years.
It's been immense pleasure to meet Jeremy and happy that I have chosen his law firm. Since this is being my first TN, I was in dilemma whether to go my self or choose a law firm. Really awesome experience. If you haven't got an L1 Visa, there is a lot of work. Jeremy and his team did my first one for first year, then my renewal. World class team. Jeremy met me at the border, had all the paperwork, prepped me and helped if any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend. You never know if you will get the right person. I rarely do google reviews, but this one is warranted. Great work at a fair and reasonable cost.
Now, I am going to write my review on Jeremy and his team. I called Jeremy's office after reading all the feedback and they are just the same way they have been portrayed online. Just like the good old saying - "action speaks louder than words." The lady who picked up the phone was very professional, I was afraid the next question was going to be for me to give them my credit card details but that wasn't the case. The lady was patient and listened to my case. She transferred me to Jeremy who was unbelievably NICE!!! He chatted with me for almost 20 minutes until the call got disconnected and proffered solutions to my case on the phone. Although, Jeremy couldn't help me any further because my case was outside his areas of strength, he got my email address and offered to send me the details of his colleague who can help. I am so impressed and I will personally market Jeremy to people I know who looking for immigration consultation. I will recommend Jeremy and his team to anyone without a doubt.
