I won't call him a bully but he certainly is loud, rude and obnoxious to the other attorneys. He also lies, cheats and deceives. Charles Messina will use very trick in the book to win a case.

Most of the time a business has bad reviews because the competition of that business tries to discredit the other business and if fact the bad review isn't even a customer of the business thats getting bashed.
