Some of the Worst representatives on earth!! When calling them they will lie and give u false information then when you call back claim that they never talk 2 you. I let them know i recorded the whole conversations. All i get is more lies. Go so far as telling me there is no supervisor to help then they hang up. New staff needed immediately. Now i have to get a lawyer.
You will have good days here get important paper work done with an easy flow. Then sometimes you go to this place and get a already "came to work anger" female worker and she makes the process so difficult that you want to say if you don't like your job then quite . Always be prepare and have your patience set on over drive you'll need

The security guard yelled "HEY BLONDIE" at me and berated me loudly in front of everyone for no reason. I wasn't causing any problems, I was just waiting there with my sleeping infant trying to get her card replaced. The woman at the window talked down to me because I didn't have health insurance yet (I had JUST gotten out of the Army that week and was in the process of finding new civilian coverage)

I recently was married and went to the Buffalo office to change my name on my social security card. I arrived 40 minutes before opening time and was able to get a parking spot easily. There were already 20 to 30 people in front of me in line. When they opened I got in to get a number easily. I only waited 5 minutes for my number to be called and was at the window for only 5 minutes. I had all of my documents with me and filled out correctly. I thought this was a painless trip until I received my new card in the mail... The state worker that processed my name change misspelled my name! Now, I hopefully do not need to make the 45 minute drive back to the office to wait in line to get in for up to 50 minutes for their mistake.
Absolutely miserable place. I had just moved to Buffalo and this was not a warm welcome to the city.
