The hotel was great, the staff was very nice, and everything was clean. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is parking, there is no parking there, you can park overnight in the garage for 18$ overnight, or 25$ for valet. Really not terrible, but would've been cool if they had a lot. I would totally go there again and pay for parking though. Worth it.
Stayed for our first anniversary. The Westin was beautiful and so nice to see something like this downtown.. check-in was 3pm, got there at 4pm. Apparently our room wasn't ready but we were told it was upgraded with a great view of the city. We waited nearly am hour.. finally got our key. Our room was nice but did not seem 'upgraded'. And the view was of a parking lot.
We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend. The staff was exceptional and went well above our expectations. The hotel alone made us want to return to Buffalo in the future. The food at Patina was absolutely delicious (especially the homemade banana cream pie!). A special thank you to Zachary for the great service.
Clean, beautiful... Great food... Amazing patio for nice days... Spectacular views of downtown. Very cool rooms; very tech friendly!

Easily the most accommodating hotel I have stayed at. I needed to get to a wedding upon arrival so they upgraded my room and got me checked in 2 hours early, which made my weekend much more stress free. The friendly staff also made sure my stay was perfect from start to finish after that. Location is great to get anywhere downtown and is also close (1 mile or less) to fun neighborhoods like Elmwood and Allentown. Room was comfortable and clean and fit the aesthetic of the recently built hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and it would be my top choice for my next stay in Buffalo.
