I could not have been more impressed with every facet of the moving experience. The estimating, coordinating and advising pre-move was terrific. The video instructions from the website were invaluable. We were directed to a supplier of boxes (dish barrels and wardrobes) who delivered them to our house, the same day we contacted him. On moving day, since we had opted to have some packing done, one member of the moving crew spent all morning packing. All of the materials packed survived the trip. The driver/crew director was terrific. He managed the inventory, explained the process of loading, transporting and unloading and kept us informed of the transport progress and delivery schedule. Delivery and unloading was another display of coordination and efficiency. Each of the loading and unloading crew was efficient, polite, personable, and respectful. They were everything one would expect in a moving team and more.
