I had an issue with my sump pump that had sewer water backing up in it. I called Sunset Plumbing and they came out really quick. They worked super quick, unplugged the pipe that was causing the backup and I was all set! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you!
We had an issue with hot water control and supply. I found John on the internet. I was impressed with 26 of 26 5 star ratings. I called John and within 4 hours he came to the house, walked me through the system, showed me the design problem which was a mixer on the hot water tank. He eliminated the mixer, reset the tank, and we were back in business. John is a really nice and able guy. He is also very honest...he could have sold me a new system. So we are #27!
The guys did such a great job! I called them last minute and they were able to come the day of and do the plumbing I needed and they even removed counter tops for me. A+!!!!
WORLD CLASS PLUMBERS!!!! SAVED THE CLOSING OF HOME SALE!!!! We have been customers of John and David for 8 years. They have done everything from routine annual maintenance to repairs that one can expect in an 80 year old home. We are moving to a new area and the day before closing, as the new owners were doing their final walk through, a gas leak was detected. John rearranged his whole schedule to deal with our crisis and had the repairs completed so that the closing could move forward. We can't say enough about the service and care that John and David have shown us. In fact, when I called John, nearly hysterical about my crisis, he calmed me down and asked how our son, who has autism, was handling the move. In the 8 years that we have worked with John and David, there has only been one time when he did not show up exactly at the scheduled time, and that time was because another customer had a crisis like mine. He kept us informed of the time change and still met/exceeded our needs. We'll never have another plumber as wonderful as John!!!! Thank you John and David for SAVING OUR DAY!!!!!
