Trendy place for youth. I'm more of an authentic Mexican restaurant kind if person, but this place works if your looking for a quick bite to eat that won't petrify your insides.
Not really sure what the point is of ordering food off the chipotle app? Today was my first time using this app. My wife and i ordered food at 3:40 and it said it would be ready for pick up at 4. My wife ran in at 405 and then called to tell me they didn't even make our order yet. Their were only 3 people in there at the time and even if they were busy, Then you probably shouldn't have an online app then. Then on top of it , instead of making our order right away, they made my wife wait behind the other 3 people. So that added another 15 minutes to get out food made. So in all, 40 minutes it took for them to complete our order. A fine dining restaurant would of served us our food faster. Also, they never give you enough meat and way too much rice. Your better off getting a rice bowl. My food was also cold from the 8 minute car ride?
After a busy day, a quick way to get a healthier dinner. Be careful of your choices though can be very high calories.
Just looking at some other recent reviews I guess I’m not alone in saying that the management of this place is having a negative impact on the brand. The people behind the counter generally didn’t seem to care much for the customers and seemed to be doing somewhat random things at times.
Though the food is good and service is usually satisfactory competent management has completely disappeared and I constantly see workers being forced to stay over their shifts and managers not using their own time efficiently. Many times managers will be seen aimlessly walking around in the kitchen while on their phones while the regular employees are trying to cover for their laziness. I have seen line workers doing jobs that managers are supposed to be responsible for while still being expected to finish what they are responsible for. The annoyance of employees is becoming easier to see while ordering, and the lack of support during peak hours is getting ridiculous as managers again wander around while the line stacks up almost out of the door.
