I love Cole's, and it has been one of my favorite places to eat in Buffalo for awhile. I've never had bad service, and the food is amazing! Do yourself a favor and order the loaded fries. I promise you won't regret it!
Not quite a dive bar, but the words "well worn" apply - in a good way. Good selection of tap beer and even cider on tap. Bathroom is tiny (for men) but clean.
It is a staple of Elmwood. Great food and great beer selection. They do a great job of being both a bar and a restaurant. It brings in a fairly trendy crowd, but doesnt tend to be too crowded either.
I had the strip steak dinner to go. Picked it up & took it to Buffalo general Hospital then ate the steak mashed potatoes & asparagus. It was the best steak dinner I had in a long time. The steak was medium rare cooked perfect. I highly recommend it.
