Classic, old-fashioned diner experience! Excellent food. Good portion sizes. Great service. One of the best diners I’ve been to.
Ok, first off - the bacon here is FANTASTIC! That having been said though, the rest of the food is well worth any wait time you may encounter (and they get busy so there's a good chance you might have to wait a minute or two for a table - but counter seating is usually available). Staff is friendly and courteous! If you like diners like I do, check this out, you'll see why it's a popular stop with the locals!
Instant favorite. Outstanding breakfast, quality, portions, staff. Enjoyed every bite. Cozy classic atmosphere. When in the area, it's a must try.
Wow, just WOW! I just had the best fried chicken of my life. I don't where I've been all these years. The fried chicken is so crispy and delicious, every bite is like heaven. The flavor and seasoning in the bread coating makes a huge difference. I don't need any sauce, it's sweet and savory. Everything on my plate is just wonderful, fries are fresh, Onion rings crispy and the garlic bread is soft and fragrant. I just want keep eating it!
This is a 1950's style diner, located about a half mile from the University of Buffalo Main Street Campus. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, Cokes and milkshakes are staples. I had a chicken breast sandwich, which was very tasty, and served with a side of freshly cut fries. Also an Oreo milkshake. Prices were reasonable, but not cheap. Service was attentive and friendly.
