Le doy tres estrells pues el servicio es muy bueno, las opciones variadas. El sitio muy acogedor y privado, pero el servicio es de lo mas lento. Se demoraron mas de 30 min en pedido de hamburquesas con papas fritas. Lo cual no se espera en un lugar asi y con precios tan exhorbitantes.
This was absolutely THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received at a restaurant. Ever. I brought my brother and his friend from California to stay at the Hyatt and we decided to try to have a nice dinner at the atrium. We ordered a bottle of wine and some appetizers. A minimal 1/2 hour went by and the appetizers came out, we asked about the wine and were told "one sec". 20 minutes later, the server came over and explained they "were out". We were a little agitated it took so long to tell us that but we understood, so we ordered a different bottle. Twenty more minutes went by and finally the manager came over with the bottle and explained they were extremely busy with a banquet and apologized it took so long, she told us the wine would be on them. Once again, we understood. At this time, our dinner was being served. We ordered expensive entrees (the ribeye steaks) which were cooked fine. Mid way through our meal, they asked if we wanted dessert, all four of us were still eating. We ate and when we received our bill , the wine was charged to us. Empty plates sat on the table while we tried to enjoy dessert. The server never apologized for the wine being change to us and when we brought it to her attention she said "oh well the manager never told me". Service was slow. UnAttentive. The food was mediocre. The wait for the food and wine was ridiculous and the server seemed to be inpatient with us, even though we were calm and understanding of the delays. .
