I did not think my day could get worse, when the guys at Hammond blessed me with their kindness and generosity! These fine gentlemen stayed THREE hours after closing just to make sure a complete stranger (me) could get home safely. Not to mention the work was fantastic and fairly priced! I feel nothing but gratitude. While the steps leading up to my car needing repair were extremely unpleasant, I am so glad the path led me to discover the Hammond Auto Shop!

These guys are great. I've come in twice. Once for a brake line repair and the other for a muffler related did, and they are, again, great. Very courteous, very professional. Fair pricing (in neither visit did I at any point feel I was ripped off).
"An honest mechanic who can find?" Well here you have one. They'll let you know what the problem is and give you several options as far as pricing and discuss the pros and cons candidly. Understands that you need your vehicle done in a timely fashion.
My car is a bane on my existence but Pete and the rest of the crew at Hammond are very helpful and friendly and work hard to put my 2006 Ford Focus in working order again quickly and efficiently as is possible.
