The service here is remarkable. The staff, especially Travis & Sam, are so professional & courteous. They've helped keep my vehicle in great shape and I've $aved a lot with the quality of service, all around.

They explained every detail to me, explained my options and provided outstanding service on my car. And it doesn't stop there the place is clean the waiting room comfortable, coffee and cookies while you enjoy watching TV. As well as the educational bits and pieces on caring for you vehicle that played.
This place is truly amazing, remember when customer service was a first priority. ..well it is alive and well here, every step of the way from my phone call to having the work done on my car was exceptional, everyone is kind and polite

IN is a fantastic location. Travis and their crew genuinely have your best interests at heart and will walk you through their process, it's implications for your vehicle, and make sure you understand the problem so that you're not left in the dark and you know what you're paying for. The pricing is fair, the waiting room is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and their work is good. As long as you can get there during business hours, I could not recommend IN more.
I am extremely happy with my first experience with IN Collision. I was able to get the appointment that fit to my schedule best with no issue, and when I arrived, I realized how much they cared about my car. I was able to tell them all the issues the car might be having and the next thing I know, within a timely fashion, they were able to get every point done! Not to mention, they gave a nice wash to my car at the end of the service, which was a plus.!!! They are HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and most importantly CARE about their customers! You walk in and you feel you are special to them!
