very unorganized front desk is filled with papers and files everywhere !! dr glennon is a good dentist but his choice of employees is questionable.
Dr. Glennon completely fixed my smile with veneers after my orthodontist said that after my braces came off my teeth would be unnaturally small. He did my top 6 teeth which is a very long procedure, and when he saw I was getting uncomfortable told my mother and I to go get lunch and stretch, which was really nice of him! He was really funny and great, and when two of my veneers cracked he fixed them for free! Great place, would recommend to someone looking for cosmetic densistry because he loves and is passionate about it, or someone looking for a nice dentists office.
Last week, around 8/14 or so, my brother made an appointment to see this doctor. While I was in patient room, he sent another patient to front desk to make her pay for visits. When the receptionist didn't take her payment because the patient said to mail the bill to her. The doctor came out and asked if she payed. Unfortunately for him, he thought I didn't speak English since I was a foreigner. So at first, he was hesitant in talking, but then he got furious at the receptionist and yelled at her for not taking the payment. He said,"I sent her out to pay,did you take her credit card?" The receptionist said, "No, she told me to mail her bills." Dr. Glennon said,"my entire day is ruined because of you, I sent her out so she makes her payment. You were suppose to take her card." It was so loud I could clearly hear it. He went back in the patient room, and then came back out and said to the receptionist, "make sure she comes back again. Give her an appointment to see me within 3 weeks." HOW BULLSHIT. He only cares for MONEY and nothing else...... According to him, if the patient doesn't pay at the same time he/she is in office, his day is RUINED. I never would recommend this doctor unless you are ready to pay him whatever he asks, and don't care about the treatment or the work he gives you. On a scale of 1-10 it is most likely that he will do something wrong or so to have the patient come back in.
I love everything about this small office and all of it's staff. It is very easy to relate to everyone and the Dr. is not only effective but also very expeditious!!! Ask him about Beyonces Lemonade almbum ;)
Doctor Glennon and his staff are superb. He's quick, concise, doesn't oversell you, and makes his procedures as painless as he can. He won't let you leave the chair unhappy, either. If you don't like something, he makes it right by you. Best dentist I ever had.
