Dana even got my insurance coverage worked out so I seldom pay more than two or three times for the same service. Seriously, I'm very satisfied with the whole team and recommend them highly.
I love my dentist office. Everyone is so kind. My Grandma recently passed away. Nickel City sent me a card. Not just any card, it was kind warm and I could tell it was from the heart. I used to be so scared of the dentist, now I like going. My son comes to this dentist, my husband just made the switch and once our little girl is big enough she will be going there as well. Clean and modern office! Water, Juice and coffee in the waiting room. I love my dentist
I was so sad to leave this office when I relocated out-of-state! Nickel City is conveniently located with an amazing, talented, and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend their office for any type of dental work. In particular, I had a crown placed over one of my teeth here. The work was done seamlessly and looks great.
Everybody there treats me well. Of course, I'm paying them to treat me well. However, just because I pay for good service doesn't mean that I get it every where I go. Dana in the front office always treats me like her best friend which is good because she's my only friend. Hygienist Liz makes me comfortable with my special pillow and keeps me distracted with her personal review of local restaurants. I hardly know she's cleaning my teeth. Dr. Danna has been doing most of the work on my teeth with excellent results (so far, don't blow it). His pleasant demeanor and advice enable me to make informed choices of treatment. With or without the beard I know there's a professional in there somewhere. These are my main providers at the moment. The others have been just as competent when called upon.
