The worst dentist in Western New York period. Heard them talking about/making fun of other clients behind their back, very rude over the phone as well as in person, and will cancel your appointment that you set up 6 months in advance without telling you like they did to me. DON'T EVER GO HERE.
I passionately hate dentists. I've been strapped face down to a table, awake, while doctors have killed the nerve endings in my spine, and I would rather do that 16 times than go to the dentist. Dr. Lesinski's office made me forget about that fear. Every single person I encountered was phenomenal. My hygienist was Kathy, and she explained why certain things happen to my teeth and gums based on medical conditions. Dr. Lesinski and Kathy got me on a treatment plan that will get my dental care back on track, and I'm actually excited for my appointments. They treat everyone like family and are easily the most knowledgeable and compassionate dental office I've ever been to.
Dr. Lesinski and his team always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I always feel welcome in the office. Thanks Dr. Jim and team you guys do a great job!
Dr. Lesinski is a wonderful dentist who takes great care of his patients. The office is clean and updated with best technology. Everyone in the office is very friendly and treats you like family. I highly recommend this office especially because my health is very important to me and they base their care on the connection between the mouth and my overall health.
