I've had nothing but amazing experience with all staff members from front desk (Debbie) to my nurse (Heather) and of course Bob my PA....they've always made me feel like my problems have mattered and have done everything they possible can to provide the best possible healthcare!!! So thank you to each and everyone one of you!!!
"Debbie is on the phone" is the only message you can get while calling during normal business hours on a Wednesday. Unfortunately this place is sadly ridiculous.
Absolutly horrible service. No call backs and does not do as they say. If you want proper healthcare go to the VA Hospital. Everyone here should be fired!
