The doctors here are great but no one answers the phones for the primary care or responds to messages on their answering machine, making it impossible to get an appointment or get prescription refills. I love my doctor, but if this keeps up, we'll be looking for a new primary. This is unacceptable behavior for medical staff.

doctor michael slater is a great doctor so caring, helpful and funny! he makes going to the doctor actually somewhat fun...
I opted to try Dr. Slater based on the positive Yelp reviews. And while my husband and I both had a positive experience with him during our annual check-up, the service we've received -- including a bill for our annual physical a prior service rep in the office said we *shouldn't* have received in the first place -- is frustrating beyond belief.
I don't know who is in charge of the protocol there, but one person telling you your initial (annual physical) was incorrectly annotated on *their* end, and another saying you basically get charged for your first visit -- regardless if it's an annual physical or not -- before hanging up on you is not the embodiment of wonderful customer service.
Dr. Cange is a very knowledgeable Doctor and will go the extra mile to make sure my health needs are met. He is a very good and kind man and as far as the staff I feel they are efficient, cordial, and professional. Great practice I recommend!
Both my husband and I enjoyed Dr. Slater, his wit, and his personable approach during our *annual physicals* (ironically, my husband isn't being charged for his annual physical ... but I am), but will be looking for another general physician as we refuse to deal with a company who employs people who hang up on people and seeks payment for a visit they already said was incorrectly charged.
