Outstanding rooms, very spacious and super affordable. Beds and linens were clean and bathroom was sparkly. Will def visit again.
We arrived in Buffalo at 2pm for the Minnesota Vikings vs Buffalo Bills game. We had a reservation at another motel who advised us he cancelled our room when we arrived. I called Econo Lodge and they were nothing but helpful and amazing. Clean updated rooms with a Great rate! We will stay here anytime we come this way.
The room is spacious and clean. No carpet in the room which is wonderful since there is no chemical smells. The bathroom facility is clean, spacious, and comfortable, handicapped accessible. Slept great.
The check in building was separate from the building where all of the rooms were located. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes south of downtown Buffalo and had a lot of stores/restaurants close by. The room was fairly large and comfortable, however it had a super small tv that was on the other side of the room so could barely see when laying down on bed.complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices for both drinks and food.
21st freakin Century and Econo Lodge of Buffalo NY can't take a CC over the phone? Someone needs to be dragged into the current century. Kicking and Screaming if necessary. Unbelievably stupid policy by this Company. On a positive note, the girl behind the desk was very apologetic and understanding, but there was nothing she could do. Econo Lodge, find a better hotel.
