Every since Bill the manger left the location some of these people have the funky's unprofessional attitude and they dont know how to talk to people over the phone they cut you off while your still talking just so they can tell you nothing you asked for.. just wow ...
Would not recommend this location to anyone. Reserve a space over the phone credit card only to find out that the quote that was given me was wrong & I had to paid twice the price for the same space. Out of desperation, I reluctantly paid it taking an addition 15 minutes just to do the paperwork. The unit was dark & when I asked where's the light, she immediately walked away and said "there's no light", it was a dark cubby hole with wooden door, no security camera. Thank goodness the items I had was furniture to be repaired so I didn't mind it getting dirty. For the same price I had just rented a space at Life Storage 20 minutes for my recently finished furniture. The room was 10' tall, not 5'; space was lighted, hall was clean, Unit had steel doors & sides. I will never use U Haul again for storage. 30 days & I'm relocating my stuff.
Service was exceptionally well and wait time was super short. Had vehicle that was needed with no problems. Plan to use again soon.
Lack of organization. You're happy to walk out of there if you get the bare basics of what you asked for in the shortest amount of time.
