I'm sorry but the landlady is terrible here and her services are BAD! First day when we moved in the tenant next door told us the landlady is disgusting... After everything that happened during our stay, we couldn't agree more. To be fair... Good facility on wehrle Dr but nasty services.
Do not rent from these crooks. They'll take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.
Apartments are old and are poorly maintained. Landlord is impossible to get a hold of and constantly passes the buck. They don't believe you and delay when repairs are needed. When they finally do repairs, they do the minimum effort and problems come right back.
Don't even get me started on the Laundry situation. The landlord promised me that they laundry would be installed in the building by June, 2015. They finally got around to installing it in November. To add insult to injury, the dryer they installed was broken.
I have just renewed my annual lease at Greco's Bernhardt Heights complex and realized it was a perfect time to thank the management and maintenance staff for its tenant services over the past year. On-going and seasonal maintenance of the grounds and common areas is consistently reliable but emergency situations are treated like true emergencies. When an essential heating system component for my building failed in late Autumn of last year, it was replaced within 3 hours of notification during a weekend. Similarly, I have experienced two repairs to apartment fixtures or appliances within 24 hours of a service request over this same period. Put simply, such a high level of service response deserves appreciation and commendation.
This real estate company is an absolute joke. Do NOT rent from them. When I moved in, I paid my rent six months in advance. The landlord took my money and ran. They do not care about tenants at all.
They told me that they were renovating the main house (I was renting the carriage house out back) and that the renovations would be finished by August, 2015. It is now almost April 2016 and there is no end in sight.
We could not be more pleased with Jill Greco and Greco Real Estate. We helped move my daughter into an apartment managed by Greco Real Estate a few weeks ago. After moving in, my daughter found that some of the neighbors were smoking aggravating her asthma. My daughter called Jill the day after moving in (on a Sunday morning) and explained that she could not stay there. Jill immediately located another more suitable apartment for her and agreed to let her relocate with no penalty from her lease. We moved her the following weekend after Jill bent over backwards to get the new apartment cleaned, painted and ready in just 4 days. My daughter is very happy in her new place. We highly recommend Jill Greco and the Greco team.
How does this affect me? The construction workers are constantly blocking the driveway that I pay to park my car. They don't care, the management does nothing, and it is a complete scam. There is nothing more frustrating than being blocked in my driveway when I am trying to go to work.. I hate having to ask people to move their vehicles every time I want to use the driveway that I pay for. The spineless management does nothing to remedy this situation. I have e-mailed (and called them) 30+ times in the past few months. They hardly ever even respond to my complaints.
