I recommend everyone I know to rent through them and I will continue to do so!

I have to wonder if I was to rent from Sinatra and Company and not pay my rent for six months what Sinatra and company would do, my guess is I would be evicted... Yet Sinatra and Company has not paid for services we provided for over six months and do not return calls, emails, when I get "lucky" and speak to someone I'm told the checks in the mail... Is the company is going bankrupt and just not able to pay there bills?

They showed me one other apartment nearby, but they wanted the same rent I’m paying now and the unit was clearly not worth that price. I’ve emailed the leasing agent, more than once, with addresses of other locations I wanted to see but he never offered to show me those. He has now referred me back to the property manager for all issues and relocation questions, even though I've told him the issues have continued for months despite the fact that I have contacted property manager Lynn, several times. If I'm forced to stay here with no resolution until my lease is up, I'll definitely rent with someone else.

If this is how Sinatra and company treats a disabled veteran owned small business, what does this say about the companies leadership?

Maint. problem on the weekend? Forget it. I couldn’t get into the basement where the clothes washer & dryer are, and the storage units, for over a week because the lock malfunctioned. It’s also been a week since I reported that money jammed in the dryer and it can’t be operated. There's no apology or explanation when I have to call back.

"THE CHECKS IN THE MAIL" ?????,

UPDATE: I sure regret letting Sinatra talk me into staying. I had to euthanize my pet because she got lung cancer. In 12 years the only health problem she had was arthritis, until moving into this building above a smoker. Lease says smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, property manager Lynn did nothing when I reported the smoking. I am reporting this tenant to the health dept. Smoking is a health hazard and a fire hazard! Good riddance to this place.

This building is a disgrace. Many windows are cracked, the halls smell awful, lots of rust. I would be ashamed to be the identified as the owner.

Five months into my lease for a unit on Elmwood Ave., and it's the worst experience in my life. The property manager may or may not return emails (usually not) so I have no idea if she even received them. I think she hung up on me when I called in the first month of my lease; I called back immediately and it went straight to voice mail. The statement in the lease "The comfort or rights of other Tenants must not be interfered with. This means that annoying sound, smells, and lights are not allowed" apparently is meaningless, since I've been emailing the property manager and the leasing agent for more than 4 months about the tenants across the hall from me who have turned their apt. into Grand Central Station, people hooting and literally screaming whenever they feel like it, slamming the door and banging up & down the stairs several times most evenings, and blasting videos & video games. The concept of “quiet hours” means nothing; their friends sometimes arrive at 10:30 or 11 pm on weekdays, they stay well after 11 pm, and I can hear them through 2 closed doors, across the hall, and in the far room of my apartment. Calling the cops several times has not made any difference.

I'm a disabled veteran owned business in La Jolla, California, we provide services for Sinatra and Company.

The tenant below me refuses to use closed captioning or a headset, and her TV competes with my mine almost every day. I have to turn mine up twice as loud as I normally would to try to mask her noise. She also smokes, violating the non-smoking policy and stinking up the kitchen and all the closets in my unit. This is also something the property manager is aware of, since I emailed her about that right after I moved in.

My husband and I went to my dentist's office today at 191 North Street in Buffalo. Because of a knee injury, I decided to use the elevator instead of walking up the two floors as I usually do. The elevator, dirty and shabby looking, stopped between floors. I rang the alarm and there was no response. I used the call button and nobody answered. My husband wanted to pry the doors apart and try to get out. I told him that I wasn't going to risk being crushed to death when the elevator eventually started working.

I love this company. They have always handled all maintenance requests within a week of me submitting them or sooner depending on the request. They have been so incredibly accommodating on the financial end as well. Its also hard to come by such an affordable apartment that allows larger breed dogs like my chocolate lab.

Has any other vendors had this issue if so please contact me so we can discuss our options.

The company was more efficient before their huge "switch over". Now they only focus on their condos in L.A. and in the Buffalo downtown Medical Corridor. They have no concern for their lower lever apartment complexes, nor do they have any maintenance or supervisors at their lower end buildings which have twenty or more apartments/ building. This constantly leads to low maintenance and severe damage to the infrastructure of the buildings, which is also covered up and neglected.
