Great shop! Jerry is an authentic and trustworthy person who would never steer you in the wrong direction. He's very attentive (he doesn't make you feel like a number) to customers and his prices can't be beat. He makes sure to use original OEM parts and communicates effectively with customers. This is my go-to mechanic.

If you have a foreign car there is no one more qualified than Jerry and Kyle. No, you will not get your car back the next day. Maybe not even the day after that. The shop is in high demand. They specialize in imports. I'm sure they would love to do an oil change, but if that's what you're looking for, go somewhere else. If you want someone to take care your valuable car somewhere that can be diagnosed and serviced properly, make this your shop. Many years ago I was in a car accident and allowed another company to fix my car, a company suggested by the insurance company. It was a turbo charged Audi. That other shop destroyed my engine. And destroyed two replacement turbo chargers while they were trying to fix it. They had to pay out thousands of dollars to me because they did not know how to fix it. The insurance company chose to total the car. I said no way and took it to Jerry; and 3 years later it has 140,000 miles on it and purrs like a kitten. He still takes care of it. You don't ever have to question his integrity. After I took it to him, he knew exactly what had happened before speaking with me and the cost was the same as the other shop, and yes he threw in a free oil change. If you're looking for a receptionist to answer all of your calls and call you every other hour to give you the status on your car, that's not going to happen there. They are too busy fixing cars the right way.
My Mechanic for life! great guy, no garbage, tells you what needs to be done honestly and fixes it right the first time! Took my 745i to 3 different places plus the dealer. Well the dealer was just trying to get me into another car. The other 3 either had NO clue or didn't even want to get involved with it. I dropped my car off wend and got it back friday. In and out got the job done right and earned a customer for life. Thank you for taking the time.
