Plesent while spending thousands. We were glad with the garenties and insurance was very afordable for our new sofa and a great recliner....wow type pleased.
Very good help in selecting prints and directing us to what we were interested in.
I would not recommend anyone to buy anything here. Went in there before we closed on a house. They said we have a great plan for you. It's called the Friends and Family Plan. Wear you can add or remove anything you like plus you can get it shipped to your house when your ready. Well we got a dinning room table, a box spring and mattress 2 dressers 1 couch and a coffee table, end tables 1 recliner and a buffet server. Over $5000.00 of stuff. One day I get a phone call from some guy there name Rob asking me when iam going to have it shipped because they stopped making the recliner and someone wants the one I had on order. I said we closing on the house next week and we are gonna have it delivered that Wednesday. He said ok but I need to make a down payment on it. I said ok bUT didn't understand because I financing it and was all set. So I called when I was ready to have it delivered and my order was cancelled. Well after weeks went by I got all the stuff but no recliner. Will never shop there again. Oh the took 100.00 dollars of for there mistake. That's all I can say good luck if you shop there.
I've been spending thousands of dollars on merchandise here.I just paid my final Payment on my 6 months before I get hit with the accrued interest.I make the call before 5:00 p.m on a sat and by the time the machine gets to the taking my money portion it's now 5:01 p.m and I'm late by 1 min.now I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone yet but when I do and I see if they will help out a customer who has been buying and spending thousands not hundreds mind you of dollars in the store and has a line of credit there,I will be back to up my review or downgrade my review and let you guys know what happens.Let's see if I will be a lifelong customer or take mine and my family and friends business elsewhere.I'll be back mon. Well I'm back for my response and I talked to customer service explained my issue and the results are in......I RECOMMEND RAMOUR AND FLANNIGAN TO EVERYONE AND THERE FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! I was hoping everything was going to be taken care of and it was.they were very respectfull, thoughtfull, understanding and just down right GREAT! I changed my 2 stars right back to a full 5 star review.If you are reading this and are on the fence of who do I go to ramour,ashleys,American freight,ect,do yourself some a favor and check RAMOUR AND FLANNIGAN out first.You will not regret it.Thank you and I will be back to finish the rest of my childrens rooms and the rest of my newly purchased home with more of your excellent merchandise and superb service.THANK YOU AGAIN!
Our salesperson was very helpful and the bed is great but everything else was awful. They never called us to schedule our delivery, we called them a week later for a run around on when a delivery would be. Now here comes delivery day, our window was 12:30 to 3:30, we get a call saying 4 o'clock, no big deal. Come 6:30 they finally arrive with no call that it was going to be later. The guys who brought it in and assembled were very nice but whoever loaded the truck forgot our mattress protector, which would be no big deal but they warn if anything happens to the mattress without the protection pad being on all warranties will be void. So now we have to wait another "couple of hours" for them to drop off our mattress protector.. so maybe I'll finally have everything and can go to bed by 10pm, when it was supposed to be no later than 3:30.
