Went shopping with a friend & was immediately greeted by Leslie. If you go to VCF ask for her because she is great! No wasting time, took us to what we were looking for and everything she recommended ended up being pieces my friend purchased. Great trendy pieces, too.

I did a price hold on a bedroom set that cost over $3,000.00 and when i made the last payment nobody advised me one of the items were out of stock until it was time to deliver. When they finally found the item from another location it was clearly used or a floor model and not new as paid for and indicated. I called for 2 days before I recieved a return phone call to have them pick all of the items delivered as I am returning it all at this point. It will take them 6 business days before they are willing to pick up the bedroom set and another 4/5 business days after the pickup before they are willing to return my money. From the time I made my last payment until the time they return my money it will be 30 days or over.
Ok everyone I’m not a person to write a review that easy but i have been a customer at this store for last 5years today on 11/21/2017 i was at the store to get more items from them even though every time i say this is last time i was there with my wife and my service dog which one of the salesman running towards us like i was doing something wrong and telling me no animals are allowed and I explained to him my dog is a therapy dog and i got the paperwork in my car but he was idiot a enough to not too know therapy dog is same as service dog i asked for mangere (justin ) which was total rud ignorance person yelling and screaming mand finaly he was kicking us out now value city please don’t contact me because i am giving my dog paperworks to our lawyer and he will follow up on this
They are the worst that includes the manager of the store. They will never get money from me again. They have an F rating with the better business bureau for a reason do your research.
Everytime I come here the staff is very friendly and always helpful in guiding me towards the right decision.
