Waited 90 minutes to be seen in the ER for a kidney stone. The "doctor" came into my room and said "I don't think we will be able to get your pain under control here in the ER." Then he says take Tylenol for the pain and prescribed Flowmax. DOCTOR MORON is the best I'd call him.
They have always been prompt and professional
I recently went over here to enroll in the medical insurance. They seemed a little bit disorganized. Then when I went to have my photo ID picture taken, they made a rude remark about my picture. They weren't very clear on trying to help answer all my questions. Not exactly an ideal way to treat veterans. But then again when it comes to the US government what else is new?
I am alive today because of the great team of doctors, nurses and support staff , not just at the Buffalo Hospital site, but kudos as well to the Lackawanna Clinic.
