This company is an absolute joke ! I dont mind paying for parking but let me give the money to an attendant. This is buffalo and standing out in the cold to put a credit card into a machine is a joke ! All pro parking is greed at its worst ! I feel they are telling me to go f### my self ! I will walk a mile before i use one of their lots !!!
It would be helpful if the pay meter didn't only accept cash when I know it has accepted credit cards at other locations. Trying to go to library and concerned about getting a ticket and the app is deceptive as well. This is not how you do business.
When i called their customer service looking for monthly parking they were kind enough, but i overlook one of their parking lots and they consistently leave their gate open so you do not take a ticket and it looks like free parking. Joke's on you though, cause they come around every hour and ticket tens of cars at a time. I feel this is extremely dishonest and misleading especially since during the week their gates are closed prompting you to take a ticket or at least signalling the lot is paid, but after five or on a weekend they'll leave it up, let you right in and say thank you for the parking ticket you'll get in minutes.
