Never picked me up or even called back. You're better off walking... at least you'll get there eventually.
The third time I have waited an hour and a half for a cab the dispatcher said he was 7 mins away and no one ever showed up worst cab company ever better off walking. I wouldn't never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I waited an hour before giving up on this cab company. I tried to call back and no one ever answered my call to tell me the status of my cab. The dispatcher was extremely rude to begin with and I think it's ridiculous that they can even call themselves a cab service when a cab doesn't even show up. This is why this city needs Uber.

By far the worst. I waited over an hour for them. My phone died and I walked 45 minutes to where I needed to go. Charged my phone, called them back and he apologized for the wait and said the cab should be there any minute. I highly recommend using any other form of transportation instead of this company. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
