Terrible customer service, lady was rude and hung up on me because I couldn’t understand her mumbling. Unprofessional . dont spend money here.
Driver took me to the walmart 7 miles away from where I was supposed to be and where my vehicle was parked. When I got in the car I specifically asked if he had the address he said "yeah man, I know exactly where it is." When I called and said they messed up and brought me to the wrong spot they said I would have to pay for another taxi. Don't waste your money
